Outside my window...I see an empty front yard because we sold our sailing boat too, got love trading post!!!

I am thinking... About my trip to Ballarat Base Hospital tomorrow to see my Granddad & can I make it in between school hours

I am thankful for... The fact the DD is asleep tonight without drugs & that she didn’t lose the whole top of her finger & that it’s her right hand & that she is able to go to school & that her finger seems to be healing okay now.

From the kitchen... My dishes are waiting for me, how nice of them

I am wearing... my clothes with my dressing gown over the top because I’m cold & yes it’s a good look!!

I am creating... well actually I’ve already done it & the pictures are below, it’s a very cool recipe box.

I am going... to sleep like a log tonight

I am reading... the local paper, we got it today for the 1st time in months

I am hoping... to find the electricity bill I have lost :(

I am hearing... the heater turn on & the moto GP on the TV

Around the house... it looks lived it, maybe a little to lived in

One of my favourite things... is sleeping, lately I can’t get enough, oh and weekends

A few plans for the rest of the week: see Grandad tomorrow, take DS to Trampolining, work Friday, take DD to get stitches out of Friday night & hope to god DH makes it there too, its not something I want to do by myself

Oh and this is a pile of dust that was in front of my fridge yesterday and I can tell you I was pretty happy to see it!! Now you my ask yourself why because as a general rule I hate dust, which is true but this dust bunny is special. He has been living under my fridge for years?? and I never clean under my fridge unless I move it, the vacuum reaches or DH does it. None of those things happen often but on Monday night Jasper the wonder dog was in so I could give her her worming tablets and as she sat wagging her tail like a crazy thing at the thought of getting anything to eat, let alone tablets coated in Vegemite, her sweeping tail cleaned under my fridge. Which is how I got my pet dust bunny, who has gone to live in the land of the yellow lidded wheelie bin. A sad but very true story!!!!!!

PS I think we will call our dust bunny, Darla the Dust Bunny!!!

Why is it when I have SO MUCH to do & so little time the first thing I seem to do is end up on the computer!!!!!! Something is so wrong with my brain!!!! And yes I realise that you already knew that, Thanks!! I just jump on to pay a bill & check a few emails and I see that 2 friends & my brother are on line, do I stop & say hello???? Then check my emails and find I have another come join us on face book invite. So I come hear to blog because I to chicken to start facebooking. Why ?? Because of the amount of time I might spend on there, I bad enough already. Anyway hears a quick run down of whats been going on with The Smith's on Burgundy:

* My Grandfather has had another bad fall & that has brought on alot of other problems (a not for today post)
* DD sang last night with her school choir at the opening of an Kindergarten Art show, they sang so well it gave me shivers. I also ended up being photographer for the night for 4 families because I got front row!
*I have a huge weekend of shopping & scraping
* I have another interview in regards to going back to school, think I must be serious
* I'm in charge of getting a new pet for work & over the moon about it!!
* My in laws are all coming over today (while I'm not there!!) so I must get to & clean up the mess that's was left from last night & I have to pick DH & DS from golf soon too. Bye!!!

SOLD

By the way we sold our camper!!! Yeah but how funny is this to a lovely man in WA, who didn't even see the add just got our number from someone who did see the add. Small world. We had heaps of call, we put the add up Wednesday night and it was gone by 11am Thursday, we just kept the add in until we got the money. The sailing boat is still for sale, its a lovely little (well 16ft) boat, yellow & blue with red sail. Go on you know you want it, comes complete with a trailer.

Lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again things have gone missing in my house!! DH has lost in this house his USB stick which has his I'II worked on this forever presentation that of course he has to present at work and of course its lost!!! And I have miss placed my observations from 1/2 the class at work on their scissor work. I pissed with myself because I brought it home to type up & know can't find it. It has to be here somewhere but WHERE?????? Any ideas???? Catch you all on the flip slide as I'm off to search height & low in this black hole!!!!

Trading Post

After what seems like hours I have finally made a account & placed 2 adds on the Trading Post!!! I had so much trouble setting up an account it kept telling me that my postcode & suburb didn't match and I knew they did. So at last it worked & I then to go through all the crap to place to adds, upload photos, type what DH told me too. He likes a little & I like alot, so I let him win & they have a little, as its his number thats on the add.

this one is for our Sailing Boat which Dh restored & we've used twice but no one really likes it, DD8 does, DS6 & I don't and DH doesn't like it becuase its not fast enough!! Its a bargin at $500

Three things..................

1/ Last night I was wishing like mad that my DH would choke on his tongue, he snored so bad it was driving me nuts!!!!!

2/ If I was a cat I would only have 8 lives left because it killed me to get up this morning for school!!!! It was awful to be woke up by some happy breakfast radio team at 6.30am in the morning, wrong, wrong, wrong. Bring on the next school holidays already!!!!

3/ I got my reject letter from Vic Uni :( no Diploma in Children's Services for me. The good part was the course isn't running due to lack of numbers not the fact that I failed the test. I'm not going to give up just apply again another time & maybe place.

OMG!!!! Mum your eating Dog Food!!!!!!!

Last night I just had to eat chocolate, you know like you do and of course I was feeling very health (and stupid) when I shopped on Friday morning because I didn't buy any chocolate!!!!! Yes I know that was one the longest sentences ever and I have lost my marbles for more reasons other than not buying chocolate!!!! Anyway weird stuff is happening on my computer & I 've lost it a little, okay more than a little. Its jumping in and out of italic, strange, but any how back to the story at hand!!! So in my desperate need for chocolate and the fact that I was way to warm & cosy to go out to buy any I was left to search the deepest, darkest part of my pantry that no sane person would ever enter and raid the cooking chocolate!!!!! I know, I know but I was really desperate and thank the lord I had milk chocolate drops from cadbury in there, bonus because I was at the stage where I would of eaten dark cooking chocolate if I had too. Well surprisingly I didn't eat them all, such will power I have. I put them in a container but left them on the couch when I went of to bed with my chocolate high. This morning my DD8 came into our bedroom at 8am and asked why there was dog food on the couch?? Amazingly I was able to think fast!!!! and I replied Jasper the Wonder Dog was in last night & they are her treats. Then I decided to (after not being able to get back to sleep) go & freak the kids out by eating a great big handful of so called Dog Food, plus there really is no better way to start your day. The look on DD8 & DS6 faces was priceless, I wish like crazy I could have done that & taken a photo at the same time but have just decided right at this moment to do a page anyway, I can see it coming together as I type. So much so that my brain has hit over load & my fingers are not coping with the speeded that my brain is pumping out the words. Oh and the fact that I can touch type only if I looking at the keyboard, not the screen which might explain everything I ever typed on the blog & why nothing makes any sense at all. And my laziness will explain the reason why I don't reread and the fact that I been there and done that why would I want to repeat it!!!! Before I go 2 things I'm haven't uploaded my road trip pictures yet, because I have missed placed the cord for my new camera, I can only find the one for the TV, not much good for you guys!! But I will give you a couple of stories from our road trip, the every short versions. DS6 got called a girl twice while we were away, Dubbo is a really interesting town for all the wrong reasons, I got the best photo of DD ever, one where she is scared shitless, I wish I could post it, its brilliant I have never seen anyone look so scared in a photo before. I made our clothes smell like detol but we were germ free, I also made DH drive 100km out of way( like in the wrong direction) to go to Cactus World, only to find it was closed!!! Bet you can't wait to she the pictures. Soon, I promise. And lastly my friend Facebook has already popped up again into my inbox, not 10mins ago I got a request to be someones friend on Facebook, now I'd like to be this persons friend but same old, do I go there or not?????? Help please.

Home Sweet Home

Hello everyone, were back! The Smith Family has returned all in one piece from their road trip. I have lots of pictures & stories to tell but for some crazy reason bloody Facebook has gotten in the way!!!!! Now I'm sure you all know what I think about Facebook, not much!!! But I'm missing out on so much, no-one it seems these days talks in person or by email its all over Facebook and because I'm not there I'm missing out!!!!! I have been asked & nagged by many a person to get with the program & jump on board. I have an account but I deactivate it after 12hours & have never gone back, but I nearly did tonight!!!!! But at the last minute I thought about my soap box & got back on it!!!! What shall I do????? I am the biggest sticky peak in the world & so hate missing out on whats going on it everyone lives. I just don't wont to jump on & have everyone saying I knew you couldn't go without and what happen to my beloved blog. Can I do both???? BC1 I think your the only one who reads this so whats the answer, although I think I know what you'll say.
